How to make a Healthy Mango Juice
Mango

  1. Mango contain antioxidant like quercetin, astragalin, isoquercitrin, fisetin, gallac acid, and methylgallat.
  2. Consuming mango fruit can help you to decrease blood colesterol levels.
  3. Some compounds in mangoes can maintain healthy skin, eliminate acne and cleanse the pores.
  4. Mango fruit contain vitamin A good for eyes and skin.
  5. Consuming fruit mango can keep the amount of alkali in the body remains stable because it contains malic acid, nitrate and tartrate.
  6. The combination of vitamin A and vitamin C as well as some elements of carotenoids in mango to helps boost immunity.
Ingredients :
  • piece of mango - 1 large, cut into big chunks
  • glass of water 
  • sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • ice cubes <-- this only optional
Instructions :
  • Wash and chop the mango. Take mango and sugar into blender.
  • Grind into smooth puree.
  • Then add water and blend it again.
  • Strain the juices and discard the fibrous pulp if any, this step is optional though.
  • Keep refrigerated and chilled till serving.
