- Consuming mango fruit can help you to decrease blood colesterol levels.
- Some compounds in mangoes can maintain healthy skin, eliminate acne and cleanse the pores.
- Mango fruit contain vitamin A good for eyes and skin.
- Consuming fruit mango can keep the amount of alkali in the body remains stable because it contains malic acid, nitrate and tartrate.
- The combination of vitamin A and vitamin C as well as some elements of carotenoids in mango to helps boost immunity.
Ingredients :
- piece of mango - 1 large, cut into big chunks
- glass of water
- sugar - 1 tablespoon
- ice cubes <-- this only optional
Instructions :
- Wash and chop the mango. Take mango and sugar into blender.
- Grind into smooth puree.
- Then add water and blend it again.
- Strain the juices and discard the fibrous pulp if any, this step is optional though.
- Keep refrigerated and chilled till serving.
